Spark Good Associate Giving
When it comes to strengthening communities, our associates are leading the way. Whether it’s the gift of time, money or a combination of the two, we empower Walmart and Sam’s Club associates to support causes that are meaningful to them. To participate in these programs, organizations must be Deed verified.
We support local nonprofits when associates volunteer. Through our Spark Good Associate Platform, an organization can post volunteer opportunities for associates to search, find and sign up. Associates are eligible to request matching grants from PayPal Giving Fund, a donor advised fund, for eligible hours up to 100 hours per fiscal year.

Associates can give to eligible organizations through PayPal Giving Fund, a donor advised fund, by credit card, debit card or payroll deduction through the Spark Good Associate Platform. Periodic matching campaigns are available.

You can create volunteer events and review eligible volunteer hours submitted by Walmart associates to receive matching grants.
