Space Request Tool for Nonprofits

A few things nonprofits should know before making a request are that requests must be made no less than 21 days in advance of the event date and a submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Walmart only allows the use of the space outside of our facilities (not inside the store or vestibule area), and organizations will be notified of the status of a space request no less than 7 days before their event date. There are guidelines on the types of fundraising and awareness efforts that can be made in front of our stores, so we ask that you please review the Please review the Terms of Use and Notice of Solicitation and Distribution of Literature Rules – National for more information, or state-specific rules in Pennsylvania and Mississippi.

Store managers reserve the right to decline an organization’s request based on review of the organization’s reputation and activities and its agreement to comply with applicable terms and conditions.  We do have a limit of not more than 15 members of any group participating in an event in front of a store or club at any one time.
